1.  Assign ushers and assure they are properly trained.

2.  Direct the music program.

3.  Secure an organist and monitor the organist’s compensation.

4.  Assure wine and wafers are available for communion services.

5.  Control the use of decorations in the church.

6.  Report activities to the Church Council and Voters’ Assembly.
