1.  Assume the office of president if the president is temporarily absent or if the office becomes vacant.

2.  Preside at meetings of the Voters’ Assembly and Church Council when the president is absent.

3.  Attend meetings of boards and committees when requested by the president.

4.  Be chairman of the public relations committee.

5.  Be a member of the Board of Directors and Nominating Committee.
