1. Disburse funds as authorized by the Voters’ Assembly and Church Council.

2. Maintain records of receipts and disbursements for the congregation.

3. Report financial condition of the congregation to the Voters’ Assembly and Church Council.

4. Chair the finance committee.

5. Be a member of the Board of Directors.
