Property Committee Chairman, Steve Combs
The
Property Committee shall:
1.
Develop
monthly and annual maintenance and
upkeep work plans.
Plans will include
work to be done by members as well as work which must be accomplished
by
contract.
2. Secure
insurance coverage for congregational
property.
3. Control
the use of the church building for
other than worship services
or meetings and classes sponsored by
the
congregation.
4. Report
activities to the Church Council
and Voters’ Assembly.
