Greetings from all of us here at First Lutheran Church
in Plattsmouth, Nebraska.

In the words of Paul, in his letter to the Phillippians, chapter 1, verse 2,
"Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ."


We have a "brand-new" pastor from Concordia Seminary in St. Louis.
Rev. Lloyd R. Stuhr was Ordained and Installed at First Lutheran on Sunday,
July 27th, 2008.  Pastor Lloyd is a Waco, Nebraska native whose parents still live there.
His wife, Twila is originally from Lincoln, where her parents still live.

Pastor Lloyd is a former Director of Christian Education just up the road at Pilgrim Lutheran
in Bellevue, as well as St. Luke in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
