Finance
Committee
The
Finance Committee is responsible for developing the annual budget
and
for
monitoring adherence to the budget during the year.
The
finance committee shall consist
of the
Treasurer, Financial Secretary,
and chairman of the Stewardship
Committee.
The
Treasurer shall be the chairman
of the
committee.
Specifically,
the Finance
Committee shall:
1.
Develop a budget and present it to the church
council at the July Voters’ Assembly meeting.
2. Monitor
attainment of
giving and spending goals throughout the year
and report significant variances
to the Church Council.
